Access is secure
VirtualWorks integrates with your Active Directory for real-time secure access control. If the user is allowed to see a document, it will show up. If not, it won't.

VirtualWorks lets you access all of your corporate data stores, structured and unstructured, behind the firewall or out in the cloud. You decide which applications and file servers to include, and our content virtualization layer brings them into the Universal Index. Remember: the data stays where it is - but the Universal Index is fully integrated.
